Today, as we conclude our week, take some time to reflect on the great wisdom and understanding of our Savior. You can use this prayer or your words to thank him for being the Wonderful Counselor. Ask him to remind you that he is in control and actively working in your life.
Father, thank you for being a God who is greater than I can understand. Your perspective is so much bigger than mine, and I trust your plans for me. When I am discouraged and afraid, remind me you are working. When I don’t know what to do, guide me and show me what you want for me. And while I wait, fill me with your peace. Thank you for loving me enough to send your Son so I could have a relationship with you.
