For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

Pray
God, thank you for being the Light of the World and for the light you bring into my world. I pray for those around me who don’t know you and feel like they are navigating life in the dark. You love them enough to give your Son to die for them, just as you love me, and I pray they will experience you. Give me opportunities to share your light with others—through an invitation, a conversation, or an act of kindness. Make me a blessing to someone else. Please use me to illuminate the world around me.
