Parking Team
This team shows people by the way they smile and wave as a guest is coming into the parking lot that God is FOR them. This team also ensures that guests feel welcomed and have a safe experience.
Wagon Team
This team says we are FOR you by giving kiddos a super fun wagon ride into Waumba Land. Their goal is for every child to experience fun and every parent to be “Wowed!”
Greeter Team
This team does an amazing job of communicating by the way they smile and say good morning that we see you, you’re welcome here, and you matter.
Usher Team
This team says we are going to serve you by being friendly and finding you a seat. They strive for every guest to be seated easily and have a distraction-free experience.
New Guest Team
This team interacts with new guests, creating a remarkable first-time experience through a genuine greeting, a personalized experience, and a friendly follow-up.
Concierge Team
This team of dedicated and caring volunteers engages guests in the hallways to promote conversation and create space for prayer, care, and next-step opportunities. Volunteers on this team have a big heart and are passionate about helping others!
Hospitality Team
This team arrives early and brews coffee, sets out donuts, and makes sure our volunteers are taken care of. They set an example of remarkable service so that Guest Services feels inspired to do the same for guests walking into Gwinnett Church.
First-Impressions Team
This team meets on Thursday mornings to help prepare for Sundays by restocking and making all of our environments "Sunday ready!" If you're detail-oriented, don't mind getting some steps in, and have a heart to serve, this is a great team for you.
Brew Team
This team creates opportunities for people to slow down and enjoy a cup of coffee on their way in or out of service. Volunteers brew coffee behind the scenes and engage guests at the brew station in the hallway.
Spanish Team
This team helps create a warm and welcoming experience for our Spanish-speaking community. Volunteers offer resources and connection to guests who benefit from our translation services.
Communion Team
This team prepares for our church to celebrate Communion by working behind the scenes to assemble and arrange the elements. Volunteers may serve during the week or on Sunday mornings.
